- 1 su bardağı süt-yoğurt karışımı * (sadece yoğurt da kullanabilirsiniz)
- 1 çay kaşığı sirke
- 1-2 kaşık zeytinyağı veya sıvıyağ
- 2-2,5 su bardağı un
- 1 paket kabartma tozu
*Ben bazen yarı yarıya süt-yoğurt bazen de yoğurdunu daha çok kullanıyorum.
Hazırlanışı: Yumurta ile tuzu çatalla çırptım, süt-yoğurt karışımını ekledim, sirke ve yağ ekleyip çırptım.
Unun önce 1,5 bardağını ve kabartma tozunu ekleyip, azar azar un ilavesiyle yoğurdum. Hamur toparlanıp hafif ele yapışır halde oluyor.
Elimi yağlayıp hamuru toparlayıp hafifçe tekrar yoğuruyorum, o zaman yapışmıyor.
**Hamuru çok fazla yoğurmamak gerekiyor, ama hamur pürüzsüz de olmalı..
Hamuru ikiye ayırıp merdaneyle yarım cm kalınlığında açıp ruletle karelere kesiyorum...
Kızgın yağda orta ateşte kızartıyorum... İlk partiden sonra yağ iyice ısınıp hamurlar çok çabuk kızarıyor. Bu nedenle tencereye azar azar hamur ekleyip hızlı hareketlerle hareket etmek gerekiyor.
